dwwoelfelHas anybody reported problems with on-close handlers not being fired after Safari disconnects?00:16
dwwoelfelI can replicate it pretty reliably by creating a websocket connection with immutant, then quitting Safari00:16
dwwoelfelThe channel is closed according to immutant.web.async/open?, but the on-close handler doesn't fire.00:17

jcrossley3-awaydwwoelfel: are you getting the on-close in other browsers? it could be that safari isn't sending the close frame.01:14

tcrawleydwwoelfel: what version of Immutant is this? and is the app inside WF or out?01:19
tcrawleythis reminds me of an issue we fixed in 2.0.1. let me find it01:19
tcrawleydwwoelfel: oh, I'm thinking of IMMUTANT-563, which 1) hasn't been fixed yet, b) isn't the same issue, and iii) you reported :)01:22

irctc_I'm trying to come up with a way of parallelizing my reduce of a huge seq of maps. Order is not important. The reduce function is to assoc several calculations onto the map. This is pure CPU bound processing (calculating geometric average with BigDecimal).  All the fold examples I'm seen are virtually identical, counting items in a map.14:17
irctc_Anybody have experience with the reducers ns and r/fold and r/map?14:18
jcrossley3irctc_: you'll get a better answer in #clojure :)14:21
